The Hancock Owls (Hancock, MN) basketball knocked off the host Parkers Prairie Panthers (Parkers Prairie, MN), 75-65 in Thursday's league test.

The Owls (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Rothsay (Rothsay, MN). The Tigers go into the A Section 6 test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Rothsay went down by Brandon/Evansville (Brandon, MN), 62-57, in a league test.

The Panthers now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Underwood for a A Section 6 test on Monday, January 8. Parkers Prairie will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 71-47 league win over Battle Lake (Battle Lake, MN). The Rockets record now stands at 4-5.
