Minnesota High School Basketball - Laporte ripped by Pine River-Backus

The Pine River-Backus Tigers basketball team scored 92 points and held the visiting Laporte Wildcats to 33 in the Tigers league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blackduck for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12.

The Wildcats (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Central (St. John, IN). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Lake Central triumphed over Park Tudor (Indianapolis, IN), 64-57, in a non-league contest.
