In Thursday's non-league outing, the Meeker Cowboys (Meeker, CO) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Little Snake River Rattlers (Baggs, WY), by a count of 59-33.

The Cowboys (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Roaring Fork (Carbondale, CO). The Rams go into the 3A Western Slope outing with a 1-6 record. In their last outing, Roaring Fork was crushed by Montrose (Montrose, CO), 57-24, in a non-league outing.
