Florida High School Basketball - Taylor County holds off North Florida Christian

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Taylor County Bulldogs (Perry, FL) and the visiting North Florida Christian Eagles (Tallahassee, FL), saw Taylor County's basketball squad hold off North Florida Christian by a tally of 61-56.

With the victory, Taylor County improves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Suwannee (Live Oak, FL) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 6-8. Suwannee won 64-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Hamilton County (Jasper, FL)

Next up, the Eagles confront the St. John Paul II Panthers (Tallahassee, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. North Florida Christian will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 56-55 non-league win over La Salle (Cincinnati, OH).
