The Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) basketball felled the visiting Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV), 62-42 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tigers (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars go into the test with a 13-1 record. In their last test, Spanish Springs thwarted Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV), 41-35, in a league test.
The Grizzlies now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Carson for a test on Saturday, January 6.
