The Olympia Bears basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Emerald Ridge Jaguars to 34 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bears now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Curtis for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Olympia will meet a Vikings team coming off a 53-45 non-league loss to Sumner (Sumner, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-5.

The Jaguars (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Rogers (Puyallup, WA). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Rogers was defeated by Bethel (Spanaway, WA), 53-41, in a non-league contest.
