The Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit Lions basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the host ACE Charter Cheetahs to 7 in the Lions league victory on Thursday.
The Lions now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Basis Independent Silicon Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 48-26 non-league loss to Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA). The Bobcats record now stands at 0-4.
The Cheetahs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Latino College Preparatory Academy (San Jose, CA). The Golden Eagles come into the Private School - South contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Latino College Preparatory Academy was routed by DCP Alum Rock (San Jose, CA), 36-10, in a non-league contest.
