The Cissna Park Timberwolves (Cissna Park, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Armstrong Trojans (Armstrong, IL), 45-12 in Thursday's league test.
The Timberwolves (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Okawville (Okawville, IL). The Rockets go into the non-league test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Okawville was trounced by Carlyle (Carlyle, IL), 54-34, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Milford for a Vermilion Valley test on Saturday, January 6. Armstrong will encounter a Bearcats squad coming off a 37-34 league win over Hoopeston (Hoopeston, IL). The Bearcats record now stands at 8-9.
