South Carolina High School Basketball - Whale Branch nipped by Bethune-Bowman

The Bethune-Bowman Mohawks tipped the visiting Whale Branch Warriors basketball team by a final score of 37-36 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Mohawks face the Woodville-Tompkins Wolverines (Savannah, GA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 6. Bethune-Bowman will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Wolverines enter the game with a 5-8 record after their 58-26 non-league loss to Bradwell Institute (Hinesville, GA).

With the defeat, Whale Branch moves to 1-9 on the year. The Warriors host Hampton County (Varnville, SC) to face the Hurricanes in a non-league game on Saturday, January 6.
