Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Braham Bombers (Braham, MN) and the visiting East Central Eagles (Sandstone, MN), saw Braham's basketball squad wallop East Central by a count of 69-17.

With the victory, Braham upgrades its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Bombers host Pine City (Pine City, MN) to play the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Pine City lost 70-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Perham (Perham, MN)

Next up, the Eagles play the Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] Huskies (Isle, MN) in a A Section 5 challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. East Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 76-41 non-league loss to Hill City/Northland (Hill City, MN).
