Brookfield Academy Blue Knights (Brookfield, WI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting St. Francis Mariners (St. Francis, WI), 72-32 in a league bout.
With the victory, Brookfield Academy upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Blue Knights host Wisconsin Lutheran (Milwaukee, WI) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 6-5.
Next up, the Mariners play the Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. St. Francis will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Bison come into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 45-16 league loss to West Chicago (West Chicago, IL).
