Hanover Bears (Hanover, NH) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Coe-Brown Academy Bears (Northwood, NH), 47-25 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hanover upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Bedford (Bedford, NH) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 7-0. Bedford won 53-13 in their recent league bout against Nashua North (Nashua, NH)

Next up, the Bears play the Kennett Eagles (Conway, NH) in a Division II bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Coe-Brown Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 46-43 league win over Hollis-Brookline (Hollis, NH).
