In Thursday's league outing, the Plymouth Big Red (Plymouth, OH) basketball squad edged the visiting Crestview Cougars (Ashland, OH), by a count of 38-33.
The Big Red (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Black River (Sullivan, OH). The Pirates go into the non-league outing with a 4-3 record.
The Cougars now hold a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Western Reserve for a Firelands outing on Saturday, January 13.
