The Sand Lizards now possess a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fountain Lake for a 4A Region 4 battle on Saturday, January 6. Dardanelle will battle a Cobras team coming off a 46-29 league loss to Pottsville (Pottsville, AR). The Cobras record now stands at 7-9.

The Bearcats (8-8) will now prepare for their battle against Waldron (Waldron, AR). The Bulldogs come into the 4A Region 4 battle with a 4-12 record. In their last battle, Waldron was overwhelmed by Morrilton (Morrilton, AR), 65-44, in a league battle.
