Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA), 54-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Robinson upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Rams host South County (Lorton, VA) to play the Stallions in a District 4 bout on Monday, January 8. The Stallions go into the bout with a record of 8-2. South County won 42-34 in their recent league bout against West Springfield (Springfield, VA)

Next up, the Lions play the West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA) in a District 4 game, on Monday, January 8. Fairfax will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Wolverines enter the game with a 7-5 record after their 62-27 league win over Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA).
