The Melba Mustangs (Melba, ID) basketball crushed the visiting New Plymouth Pilgrims (New Plymouth, ID), 47-26 in Thursday's league test.
The Mustangs (9-5) will now prepare for their test against The Ambrose School (Meridian, ID). The Archers go into the 2A Western Idaho test with a 3-8 record.
The Pilgrims now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Greenleaf Friends Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, January 6. New Plymouth will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 37-17 non-league loss to Tri-Valley (Cambridge, ID). The Grizzlies record now stands at 4-4.
