With the victory, Talladega upgrades its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Anniston (Anniston, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a 4A Area 8 challenge on Friday, January 5. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 16-2. Anniston won 33-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL)

Next up, the Lions play the Wellborn Panthers (Anniston, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Munford will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
