New York High School Basketball - Patchogue-Medford ripped by Walt Whitman

The Walt Whitman Wildcats basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Patchogue-Medford Raiders to 38 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to William Floyd for a Section 11 AAA-1 contest on Saturday, January 6. Walt Whitman will battle a Colonials team coming off a 51-39 league win over Sachem East (Farmingville, NY). The Colonials record now stands at 8-1.
The Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against William Floyd (Mastic Beach, NY). The Colonials enter the Section 11 AAA-1 contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, William Floyd triumphed over Walt Whitman (Huntington Station, NY), 45-38, in a league contest.
