Wisconsin High School Basketball - Port Edwards can't hold off Rosholt

The Rosholt Hornets basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Port Edwards Blackhawks to 39 in the Hornets league triumph on Thursday.
The Hornets now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wrightstown for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Rosholt will battle a Tigers team coming off a 58-49 league win over Clintonville (Clintonville, WI). The Tigers record now stands at 8-4.
The Blackhawks (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Tri-County (Plainfield, WI). The Penguins enter the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Tri-County nudged Marion (Marion, WI), 41-34, in a non-league contest.
