New Jersey High School Basketball - Timber Creek Regional thwarts Triton

The Timber Creek Regional Chargers (Erial, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Triton Mustangs (Runnemede, NJ), 38-18 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Chargers (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Winslow Township (Atco, NJ). The Eagles go into the Olympic - National test with a 1-6 record. In their last test, Winslow Township went down by Moorestown (Moorestown, NJ), 52-40, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Paulsboro for a non-league test on Saturday, January 6. Triton will encounter a Red Raiders squad coming off a 55-45 league loss to Gateway Regional (Woodbury Heights, NJ). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-6.
