Crean Lutheran Saints (Irvine, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Kennedy Fighting Irish (La Palma, CA), 39-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Crean Lutheran upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Saints host Pacifica (Garden Grove, CA) to play the Mariners in a bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Mariners go into the bout with a record of 0-9.

Next up, the Fighting Irish play the Pacifica Mariners (Garden Grove, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
