The Liberty Patriots basketball team scored 34 points and held the host Bakersfield Christian Eagles to 27 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Patriots now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Frontier for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Liberty will meet a Titans team coming off a 40-32 non-league win over McFarland (McFarland, CA). The Titans record now stands at 2-0.

The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Independence (Bakersfield, CA). The Falcons enter the contest with a 7-3 record.
