Cane Bay Cobras (Summerville, SC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Wando Warriors (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 44-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Cane Bay upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Cobras host Stratford (Goose Creek, SC) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, January 8. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Wando will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
