Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Carson Senators (Carson City, NV), 64-59 in a league bout.
With the victory, Reed upgrades its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Galena (Reno, NV) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a record of 8-5.
Next up, the Senators play the Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) in a bout, on Saturday, January 6. Carson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 60-56 league loss to Douglas (Minden, NV).
