Desert Christian Knights (Lancaster, CA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Trinity Classical Academy Knights (Valencia, CA), 4-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights face the The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins (Palmdale, CA) in a Heritage challenge, on Friday, January 5. Desert Christian will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Griffins enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 12-0 non-league win over Rosamond (Rosamond, CA).

The Knights now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host St. Monica Academy for a Heritage challenge on Wednesday, January 10. Trinity Classical Academy will face a Crusaders team coming off a 12-0 league loss to The Palmdale Aerospace Academy (Palmdale, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-3.
