Ohio High School Basketball - Orange knocks off Beachwood

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH) and the visiting Beachwood Bison (Beachwood, OH), observed Orange's basketball team overcome Beachwood by a score of 66-51.
The Lions (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hawken (Gates Mills, OH). The Hawks come into the Chagrin Valley - Chagrin challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Hawken dropped by Cleveland Central Catholic (Cleveland, OH), 72-61, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bison battle the Trinity Trojans (Garfield Heights, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Metro challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Beachwood will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 64-52 non-league loss to Harding (Warren, OH).
