In Saturday's non-league test, the Carbon Hill Bulldogs (Carbon Hill, AL) basketball squad trounced the visiting Lamar County Bulldogs (Vernon, AL), by a score of 84-59.
Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Gordo Green Wave (Gordo, AL) in a 3A Area 10 test, on Monday, January 6. Carbon Hill will attempt to improve on its 14-4 season record. The Green Wave come into the test with a 5-4 record after their 57-46 non-league win over Aliceville (Aliceville, AL).
The Bulldogs (2-16) will now prepare for their test against Caledonia (Caledonia, MS). The Cavaliers come into the non-league test with a 14-2 record.
