In their next game, the Patriots battle the Caldwell Academy Eagles (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. Davidson Day will attempt to better on its 14-10 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 15-7 record after their 95-64 non-league win over Diamond Valley (Diamond Creek, Australia) (, NC).
