The Hurricanes enter the match with a record of 9-4. Hampton County won 59-43 in their recent non-league match against Battery Creek (Beaufort, SC)

The Trojans now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calhoun County for a A Region 3 match on Tuesday, January 7. Hunter-Kinard-Tyler will face a Saints squad coming off a 58-56 non-league loss to Lake Marion (Santee, SC). The Saints record now stands at 3-5.
