In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Hudson Hawks basketball team scored a big 64-40 win over the Tyngsborough Tigers.
The Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Algonquin Regional (Northborough, MA). The Titans come into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Algonquin Regional smashed Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA), 66-50, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Groton-Dunstable Crusaders (Groton, MA) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, January 5. Tyngsborough will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 64-37 league loss to Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA).
