The Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs basketball team scored 50 points and limited the host North Cobb Warriors to 46 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now possess a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Alexander for a AAAAA Region 5 game on Tuesday, January 7. Kennesaw Mountain will confront a Cougars team coming off a 63-53 non-league win over Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 10-6.

With the loss, North Cobb falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Walton (Marietta, GA) to confront the Raiders in a AAAAAA Region 5 game on Tuesday, January 7. The Raiders go into the game with a record of 13-2. Walton won 73-43 in their recent non-league game against Effingham County (Springfield, GA)
