The Lund Mustangs basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host McDermitt Bulldogs to 43 in the Mustangs league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now have a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Tonopah for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. Lund will confront a Muckers team coming off a 44-26 non-league loss to Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV). The Muckers record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, McDermitt falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Jackpot (Jackpot, NV) to confront the Jaguars in a 1A East game on Friday, January 10. The Jaguars go into the game with a record of 5-3.
