The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Madison Bobcats (Rexburg, ID) and the visiting Ridgevue Warhawks (Nampa, ID), observed Madison's basketball team knock off Ridgevue by a score of 62-52.

The Bobcats (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon Ridge (Twin Falls, ID). The Riverhawks come into the 6A Southern Idaho challenge with a 5-6 record.

In their next game, the Warhawks encounter the Kuna Kavemen (Kuna, ID) in a 6A Central Idaho challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Ridgevue will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Kavemen come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 45-38 non-league win over Rocky Mountain (Meridian, ID).
