Georgia High School Basketball - Atkinson County can't hold off Clinch County

The Clinch County Panthers nipped the host Atkinson County Rebels basketball squad by a final score of 61-59 in Saturday's league outing.

Next, the Panthers battle the Coffee Trojans (Douglas, GA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Clinch County will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 12-1 record after their 63-22 league win over Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA).

In their next game, the Rebels battle the Turner County Titans (Ashburn, GA) in a A D2 Region 2 contest, on Friday, January 10. Atkinson County will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record.
