Maine High School Basketball - Mount View victorious over Belfast

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Mount View Mustangs basketball team scored a good 43-32 triumph over the Belfast Lions.
The Mustangs (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Morse (Bath, ME). The Shipbuilders go into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Morse topped Lisbon (Lisbon Falls, ME), 64-12, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Lincoln Academy Eagles (Newcastle, ME) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, January 7. Belfast will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 45-39 league win over Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME).
