The Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY) basketball edged the visiting Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY), 43-41 in Saturday's league bout.
The Camels now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Mason County for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. Campbell County will play a Royals team coming off a 62-48 non-league win over Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Royals record now stands at 7-2.
With the loss, Bishop Brossart falls to 8-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY) to play the Black Devils in a non-league bout on Friday, January 10. The Black Devils go into the bout with a record of 2-4.
