The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Cornerstone Christian Lions (San Angelo, TX) and the visiting Legacy Christian Academy Rams (San Antonio, TX), observed Cornerstone Christian's basketball team knock off Legacy Christian Academy by a score of 38-25.
The Lions (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against First Baptist Academy (Universal City, TX). The Eagles come into the TAPPS 1A District 6 challenge with a 1-6 record.
In their next game, the Rams encounter the Austin Classical Mustangs (Austin, TX) in a Freelance challenge, on Friday, January 17. Legacy Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
