California High School Basketball - Wilcox knocks off Saratoga

January 4, 2025: Saratoga, CA 95070

The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA) and the host Saratoga Falcons (Saratoga, CA), observed Wilcox's basketball team overcome Saratoga by a margin of 53-43.

The Chargers (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against MacDonald (San Jose, CA). The Condor come into the Santa Clara Valley - El Camino challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, MacDonald dropped by Gunn (Palo Alto, CA), 54-8, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA) in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Saratoga will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 44-32 non-league loss to Scotts Valley (Scotts Valley, CA).
