Berkeley Yellowjackets (Berkeley, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA), 8-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Berkeley advances its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Monte Vista (Danville, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, January 11. The Broncos now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host College Park for a test on Saturday, January 11. Northgate will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 league win over Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-4.
