Rhode Island High School Ice Hockey - Bishop Hendricken knocks off Barrington

The Bishop Hendricken Hawks ice hockey team scored 6 points and held the visiting Barrington Eagles to 2 in the Hawks league victory on Saturday.
The Hawks now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Xavier for a non-league bout on Sunday, January 5. Bishop Hendricken will play a Falcons team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Barrington moves to 3-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Moses Brown (Providence, RI) to play the Quakers in a State Championship Division bout on Friday, January 10. The Quakers go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Moses Brown lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against La Salle Academy (Providence, RI)
