The Holy Family Catholic Fire ice hockey team scored 3 points and held the host Delano Tigers to 2 in the Fire non-league victory on Saturday.
The Fire now own a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Litchfield for a bout on Saturday, January 11. Holy Family Catholic will play a Dragons team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Monticello (Monticello, MN). The Dragons record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Delano moves to 5-6 on the season. The Tigers host Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN) to play the Storm in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 8. The Storm go into the contest with a record of 2-9. Chanhassen won 4-0 in their recent non-league contest against Duluth East (Duluth, MN)
