In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines ice hockey team scored a close 4-0 triumph over the Denfeld Hunters.

The Wolverines (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Marshall (Duluth, MN). The Hilltoppers come into the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Marshall by Blake (Minneapolis, MN), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
