New York High School Ice Hockey - Shenendehowa knocks off La Salle Institute

The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Shenendehowa Plainsmen (Clifton Park, NY) and the host La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY), witnessed Shenendehowa's ice hockey team defeat La Salle Institute by a final score of 7-3.
The Plainsmen (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY). The Blue Streaks come into the challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Saratoga Springs got by Queensbury (Queensbury, NY), 5-2, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Cadets battle the Christian Brothers Academy Colts (Lincroft, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. La Salle Institute will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
