The Ridgefield Tigers ice hockey team scored 2 points and held the host St. Joseph Cadets to 0 in the Tigers league victory on Saturday.

The Tigers now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Canaan for a FCIAC bout on Wednesday, January 8. Ridgefield will play a Rams team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Prout (Wakefield, RI). The Rams record now stands at 6-0.

With the defeat, St. Joseph moves to 1-5 on the season. The Cadets travel to Warde/Ludlowe (Fairfield, CT) to play the in a FCIAC bout on Monday, January 6. The go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Warde/Ludlowe lost 7-1 in their recent league bout against Darien (Darien, CT)
