Nebraska High School Basketball - Benson knocks off Burke

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Benson Bunnies basketball team scored a good 77-65 win over the Burke Bulldogs.
The Bunnies now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Buena Vista for a non-league bout on Friday, January 10.
With the loss, Burke falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Papillion-LaVista South won 48-39 in their recent non-league bout against Gretna (Gretna, NE)
