Georgia High School Basketball - Warren County knocks off Jefferson County

In Saturday's league contest, the host Warren County Screaming Devils basketball team scored a good 55-45 win over the Jefferson County Warriors.

The Screaming Devils (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln County (Lincolnton, GA). The Red Devils come into the contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Lincoln County was topped by Hephzibah (Hephzibah, GA), 46-27, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Dublin Fighting Irish (Dublin, GA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. Jefferson County will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record.
