California High School Basketball - Nevada Union held off by Pleasant Valley

In Saturday's non-league test, the Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) basketball squad got by the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), by a score of 45-41.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA) in a test, on Thursday, January 9. Pleasant Valley will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record. The Wolves come into the test with a 8-7 record after their 48-36 non-league win over Red Bluff (Red Bluff, CA).
