The Barringer Blue Bears routed the visiting Newark Academy Minutemen basketball team by a final score of 57-25 in Wednesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Blue Bears face the West Essex Knights (North Caldwell, NJ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, January 6. Barringer will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 80-41 non-league loss to Westfield (Westfield, NJ).
The Minutemen (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Princeton Day (Princeton, NJ). The Panthers come into the Mid-Atlantic Prep B battle with a 0-3 record.
