With the victory, Granville Central improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Vance County (Henderson, NC) to confront the Vipers in a 2A/3A Conference 18 challenge on Friday, January 7. The Vipers come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Next up, the Knights confront the Voyager Vikings (Durham, NC) in a 1A Conference 11 challenge, on Tuesday, January 11. Vance Charter will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 65-56 non-league win over Carolina Friends (Durham, NC).
