Michigan High School Basketball - Catholic Central knocked off by Marion

The Marion Eagles basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Catholic Central Sabers to 24 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brethren for a West Michigan D contest on Tuesday, January 10. Marion will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 67-6 league win over Crossroads Charter Academy (Big Rapids, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-3.
The Sabers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bear Lake (Bear Lake, MI). The Lakers enter the West Michigan D contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Bear Lake ran past Crossroads Charter Academy (Big Rapids, MI), 57-12, in a league contest.
